About the CGA Rental Property Program

Family Life Outreach is proud to present this unique program that will allow your donors who own property to immediately support your organization with a significant gift while they receive the comfort and security of a guaranteed lifetime income our participating Foundation.
Property values across the country have increased significantly these past years. Now, with the real estate market slowing, those of your donors who own property may be looking for a way to cash in on their property appreciation. Furthermore, those who own rental property will certainly be interested in exploring how their income can be increased without the costs and responsibilities associated with property ownership.
Your donors can donate their property and in return, our partnering Foundation will issue a charitable gift annuity that will provide your donor with a guaranteed lifetime income that is secured by the assets of this Foundation.
Most charitable gift annuity programs do not provide funding to the designated charity until the end of the donor's lifetime. A major advantage of this program is that we provide funding to designated charities at the time of establishment of the gift annuity.
